With a steadfast commitment spanning twenty-five years in law enforcement, my career has been shaped by personal triumphs and an unwavering belief in the power of faith. Central to my professional journey are significant roles in gang and narcotics investigations, where I have dedicated myself to dismantling criminal networks and fortifying community safety measures. I have been humbled to work in the High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, conducting undercover operations and several long-term investigations that resulted in several convictions. I have also worked undercover with two more officers called Operation Pocket Change, which intended to snare those who wanted to bribe cops not to interfere with Maywood drug operations; the operation was a success but very stressful playing crooked police officers, very well worth it at the end of the operation.

For the past nine years, I have had the honor of serving as Police Chief, earning accolades from municipal authorities and the community for exemplary leadership. A cornerstone of my tenure has been fostering transparency and community engagement among department members, stakeholders, and elected officials alike. Together with my administrative team, I have prioritized mentorship, guiding young officers toward substantive professional development.

My academic pursuits reflect a dedication to continuous advancement. I hold a master's degree in clinical mental health and have successfully completed the prestigious Northwestern Police and Staff Command School #414. Currently, I am engaged in doctoral studies, pursuing a PhD in Global Leadership and Criminal Justice.
